Returns Policy – Cambelle & Co.
We hope you love everything you order from Cambelle & Co., but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth as possible while staying true to our boutique policies.
How to Start a Return:
To begin a return, please access our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. Be sure to have your order number and email address used at checkout handy.
Return Window & Eligibility:
Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
After this window, items will no longer be eligible for return.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Final Sale Items:
The following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:
• Items purchased at 20% off or more
• All items listed under the Sale section
• Flash Sale items
Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leggings, swimwear, and similar intimate items will not be accepted.
If these items are sent back, a $5 reshipment fee will be required to have them returned to you.
Important Reminders:
• Be sure to include your packing slip inside the return package.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
• Any item that appears worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
