Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 2–4 business days of receiving your order.

Overnight orders require a 24-hour processing window. Any overnight orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

All packages are shipped from Jacksonville, Florida.

If your order contains a PREORDER ITEM, your entire order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

If you need part of your order sooner, please place a separate order for in-stock items.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will file a claim with the postal service.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier directly for more information.
